How it's done

How it's done

Biomass Sourcing

• Tactical sourcing: Utilisation of rice husk and corn cobs from producers.
• Direct sourcing: Prefer facilities near the source to minimise transportation.
• Minimum transportation: Strategic location of facilities near the source.
• Target Biomass with high fixed carbon content.

Biomass Preparation

• Strict Quality Control: To ensure high product quality during conversion
• Biomass Upgradation: To produce better feedstock using dryers, crushers, and pulverisers
• Detailed Data Collection: For feedback sourcing and comprehensive monitoring of process and feedback parameters

Pyrolysis (Circular)

• Biomass heating at 500–600°C in the absence of oxygen.
• Conversion of lignin to biochar and oil.
• The gases released and the volatile fractions are condensed into bio-oil.
• Gases are reused by utilising them to power further pyrolysis

Capturing Valuable Outputs

• Tactical sourcing: Utilisation of rice husk and corn cobs from producers.
• Direct sourcing: Prefer facilities near the source to minimise transportation.
• Minimum transportation: Strategic location of facilities near the source.
• Target Biomass with high fixed carbon content.

dMRV

• Enabling verifiable impact and outcomes through technology that monitors, reports, and cross-checks
• Providing complete transparency to all stakeholders.
